Steve Lessman

Pastor of Family and Outreach

Steve has been on staff at Covenant since 1992. He grew up in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1988. After serving on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ for three years, Steve came to Covenant in 1992 as Youth Pastor. That same year he married Stacy and together they have three children: Garrett, Grace and Anna.

After 12 years of student ministry, Steve took on his current role at Covenant serving families and encouraging outreach. In 2007 he completed his Master of Ministry from Grace Theological Seminary.

Some of Steve's favorite things are baseball, a good cup of coffee, collecting antiques (junk), practical jokes and his front porch swing. He loves to play with and coach his kids, laugh with friends and family, spend time with his wife and see Christ change lives.
